Job Summary
Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in daily activities; develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being; administer medications and monitor health conditions; provide transportation to appointments and community activities; assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming; maintain accurate records of client progress using electronic health records; utilize problem-solving and critical thinking to meet unique client needs; CPR and First Aid certification required; experience with behavior management techniques and managing daily living tasks; strong English reading comprehension for medical directions and policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License for more than 1 year
- Qualified to work in the US
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
