Job Summary
Coordinate installation of toilet partitions, lockers, washroom accessories, and shower systems across commercial projects in Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Newark, New York City, and Albany. Read blueprints, work independently on jobsites, and communicate with project managers regarding expectations and status. Identify site-specific issues and conflicts while supplying your own tools, cargo van, trailer, and installation equipment. Compensation is project-based with piecemeal payment; you must maintain your own general liability insurance. This role supports Inter-Co Division 10's mission to deliver exceptional customer service and industry-leading expertise in specialty product distribution across North America.
Required Qualifications
- Experience installing metal, phenolic, stainless steel and plastic toilet partitions, commercial washroom accessories and/or lockers
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Ability to work independently on jobsites
- Frequent communication and coordination with Inter-Co Project Managers regarding project expectations and job status
- Identify potential issues or conflicts in site-specific conditions
- Requirement to have your own insurance including general liability
