Job Summary
Sourcing and pre-screening candidates for open roles, using RCRM to identify qualified applicants and reach out; proactively develop search strategies, engage candidates to gauge interest, and pre-screen for further evaluation. Track and manage candidate profiles in the ATS, review resumes and materials to ensure qualifications are met, collect and upload candidate introduction videos, and coordinate typing assessments as needed. Maintain accurate candidate records throughout the hiring process and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a talent sourcing or recruitment role
- Experience using ATS tools (preferably RecruitCRM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing tasks simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of typing assessments and candidate evaluation methods
