Job Summary
Full-time remote Performance Marketer responsible for building, optimizing and analyzing search campaigns, scaling paid search volume while maximizing ROI, and reinforcing search channels with data-driven insights, best practices and infrastructure improvements. Responsibilities include driving paid search & social strategy across Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook Ads; building channel roadmaps; launching and monitoring direct response paid campaigns; developing target audiences in Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads; initiating display re-engagement and YouTube advertising; implementing a systematic A/B testing process to maximize user engagement and nurture customer acquisition; collaborating with other channel owners to ensure consistent messaging across performance marketing channels; and applying strong problem-solving skills to implement effective solutions. Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly; client seeks long-term commitment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid search and paid social marketing
- Expert in Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads
- Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace and advertising
- Deep understanding of a/b testing
- Experience with third-party SEM buying and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Marin, SEMRush, Google Analytics etc)
- Excellent communicator in oral and written English
- Great team player and strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or associated studies
