Job Summary
Develop and implement paid search, social and retargeting campaigns to drive business growth; analyze campaign performance, optimize marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals. Requires 3+ years in performance marketing, experience with Google Ads/Adwords, keyword research, geo-targeting, tracking and reporting, GA4, Meta and X, and strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and remotely from a US-time-zone setup; fluent in English with excellent communication. Role is full-time, remote for a US-based digital marketing agency, with ongoing opportunity for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in performance marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in paid media buying across search and social
- Google Adwords experience
- Geo-targeting, tracking and reporting
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Meta and X
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience working with international teams is a plus
