Job Summary
HubSpot Specialist (Contract, Remote) responsible for managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM to enhance sales and marketing operations. Responsibilities include data validation, creating and analyzing custom reports and dashboards, designing and optimizing email sequences and workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement, enabling sales through tools and templates, implementing and optimizing HubSpot features, and providing training and ongoing support to colleagues. Needs include 2+ years HubSpot experience in CRM management, marketing automation, and sales enablement, proficiency with workflows and reporting, HubSpot integrations/troubleshooting, effective communication, and strong project management. Remote contractor role with compensation $1,000–$2,000 USD monthly, bi-monthly payments, and focus on U.S. market strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience with HubSpot CRM management (marketing automation and sales enablement)
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing methodologies and sales funnels
- Proficiency in setting up workflows, managing email sequences, and building reports in HubSpot
- Experience with HubSpot integrations and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- HubSpot certification(s) is a plus
- Role operates under an independent contractor agreement with bi-monthly payments
- Deep understanding of the U.S. market and ability to tailor strategies across niches
