Job Summary
Administrative Assistant role providing essential support to a growing US-based company. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing documents, coordinating projects, tracking deadlines, preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations, handling data entry and filing systems, managing internal/external communications, arranging travel and expenses, and other logistical tasks in a remote setup from Mexico. Requires 2+ years of administrative experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
