Job Summary
As a part-time Windsor stylist, you are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while showcasing your style and passion for fashion. You help customers feel confident in their purchases and contribute to a positive store environment by following the Windsor 4-step Selling Method. Your role involves maintaining store presentation, being a team player, and fostering an inclusive work culture. A flexible schedule allows you to balance work with your lifestyle, and there are opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and push frequently
- Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English
- Ability to access all areas of the store
- Capable of climbing ladders and moving merchandise up to 25 pounds
- Commitment to integrity and following company policy
