Job Summary
Conduct daily styling consultations using the Windsor 4-step Selling Method to showcase products and create positive customer experiences. Maintain store readiness by changing mannequins, sweeping floors, and hanging merchandise while adhering to all company policies and procedures. Manage varied hours and store operations by accessing all areas including the selling floor, stock room, and register, while ensuring a diverse, inclusive environment for the team.
Required Qualifications
- You're flexible and reliable with your schedule.
- You thrive in a fast paced environment.
- You can handle multiple tasks at one time.
- You're at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English.
- Must be able to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area.
- Must be able to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
- Must be able to climb ladders.
- Must be able to move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds).
- Must be able to work varied hours/days to oversee store operations.
