Job Summary
Proactively approach guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor to curate memorable experiences, demonstrating confidence in styling looks and layering gorjana jewelry to inspire visitors. Deliver exceptional service by leveraging deep product knowledge to guide customers through styling decisions, deescalate concerns, and drive meaningful connections through authentic, intentional sales conversations. Manage daily store operations by handling POS transactions, opening and closing the store, maintaining floor standards, and executing cycle counts and floorset directives. Support sales readiness by restocking, fulfilling BOPIS orders, processing cash deposits, and assisting with receiving shipments while adhering to all service policies and security protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Love for the gorjana brand
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends or holidays as needed by the business
- Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
- Ability to open or close the store
