Stylist (Short Hills)

Stylist role in gorjana’s retail store responsible for in-person customer service, styling, and sales. Demonstrates product knowledge, curates layering looks, guides guests through styling decisions, and uses elevated language to build brand loyalty. Responsibilities include assisting customers on the sales floor, leveraging POS and inventory tasks, supporting BOPIS/SHIPSI orders, collaborating with team, and contributing to a positive store environment. Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States; shifts include evenings, weekends, or holidays; authority to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. On-site training, growth opportunities, and employee benefits are offered; compensation is hourly plus commission ($20-$23/hour) with eligibility qualifiers. E-Verify participation is noted.
