Job Summary
Understand and communicate the South Moon Under brand to all customers while emulating brand aesthetics and embodying a strong sense of fashion. Engage with every customer, attend to their needs, and make them feel valued through personalized styling that creates unique, curated looks. Contribute to meeting KPI goals by providing best-in-class service, moving dynamically on the floor to offer product recommendations, and maintaining visual and operational standards. Support store operations by completing daily shipment and omni fulfillment processes, managing POS transactions, and performing cleaning tasks to maintain a luxurious environment. Build positive relationships with peers to ensure superior customer service and support store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service
- Experience being a team player
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, talk, and hear
- Ability to occasionally sit, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Near and far-sighted visual acuity
- Normal depth perception
- Full understanding of the POS system
