Stylist - Sales Associate - ATLANTA

Job Summary
Conduct daily sales operations by achieving individual and team financial targets while managing floor coverage and visual merchandising standards. Deliver superior client experiences through styling advice, client journey management, and robust client book development to drive acquisition and retention. Support store initiatives including inventory cycle counts, reconciliation, and operational functions across front and back of house. Promote Good American's inclusive brand culture internally and externally through client engagement, partner relations, and in-store activations. Collaborate with the Store Manager to execute events focused on client development and maintain a positive team environment. Travel approximately 10% of the time and report directly to the Store Manager.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of experience in a retail apparel environment
- Experience within women's apparel retail preferred
- Familiar with key retail performance indicators
- Adaptable, a sense of openness, active listener, and compassionate
- Comfortable and savvy with computer technology, including PC and iOS devices
- Effective communication skills (both oral and written) in order to engage with client and team members
- Strong fashion acumen and ability to style clients
- Travel approximately 10% of the time
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs.
