Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term relationships with clients by acting as a trusted advisor and implementing personalized reach-out campaigns. Achieve given sales, KPIs, and CRM targets by utilizing omnichannel services, capturing client data, and maintaining knowledge of the customer portfolio, particularly VVICs and VICs. Ensure impeccable store environment, back-of-house, and grooming while proactively informing management of structural repairs and supporting colleagues. Comply with established Richemont policies and standards, participate in inventories, and complete all required trainings and commercial activities. Work as a Client Relationship Owner and Omnichannel Business Partner to support after-sales clients and drive business performance.
