Stylist (Retail) (Part-time)

Mejuri is seeking a Part-time Stylist to deliver a personalized shopping experience in a 58+ store retail environment. The role emphasizes authentic customer connections, expert product knowledge, storytelling, and adherence to Mejuri’s standards to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include guiding customers to pieces that resonate personally, promoting services such as piercing and engraving, participating in back-of-house processes (order fulfillment, packaging, display organization), and supporting merchandising and store operations. Key performance indicators include SPH, conversion, NPS, and AOV. The position involves in-store engagement, learning retail technology/POS systems, and maintaining brand standards while contributing to a positive team environment.
