Job Summary
A part-time Stylist at Mejuri provides a personalized jewelry-shopping experience, guiding customers with product knowledge and storytelling to drive sales, while upholding Mejuri’s brand standards in a high-engagement retail environment. Responsibilities include in-store customer service, upselling services like piercing and engraving, supporting back-of-house and merchandising duties, operating or learning POS systems, maintaining display organization, and contributing to key metrics such as sales, conversion, SPH, NPS, and AOV.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing retail or service roles
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge, including jewelry details
- Experience using or ability to learn point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods
- Capable of meeting/exceeding KPIs such as SPH, Conversion, NPS
- Attention to detail and organized work style
- Ability to collaborate with a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Comfort with daily store operations and merchandising standards
- Willingness to participate in services offerings (e.g., piercing, engraving) and store processes
