Job Summary
Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience by building authentic relationships through proactive clienteling, appointment selling, and consistent follow-up. Anticipate client needs while resolving concerns with professionalism, and drive sales performance by exceeding individual goals for volume, transaction units, and average order value. Act as a brand ambassador embodying the Johnny Was aesthetic, ensuring the salesfloor reflects seasonal direction and supporting visual merchandising execution. Confidently oversee boutique operations independently by opening and closing the store, executing POS transactions, processing shipments, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of luxury, contemporary, or premium retail sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and performance metrics
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Passion for fashion, craftmanship, and styling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
