Job Summary
Stylist at gorjana in Mall of America focused on creating elevated customer experiences through styling, product knowledge, and brand ambassadorship. Responsibilities include proactive customer service, curating styling decisions, presenting curated styling options, leveraging product knowledge to inform guests, operating POS and fulfilling BOPIS/SHIPSI orders, maintaining store standards (visual directives), assisting with inventory tasks (cycle counts, floorsets, labeling/re-ticketing), handling cash deposits, de-escalation/reporting incidents, and collaborating with team to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Must be 18+, flexible to work varied shifts, and able to lift up to 50 lbs; working in a 6+ hour standing/walking shift, in-store responsibilities include opening/closing and handling store keys/alarm code.
