Stylist

Stylist at Madewell responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and building genuine, lasting client relationships through one-to-one clienteling. You will act as the brand ambassador and product expert, meet KPI goals and the required SPH targets, host in-store events, leverage loyalty programs and local community networks, stay informed about fashion trends and neighborhood events, and collaborate with the team to provide a best-in-class styling experience. The role involves adapting to store events, community outreach, and maintaining knowledge of competitors and current trends while ensuring a welcoming environment and upholding the company’s diversity and inclusion commitments. Physical requirements include the ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds, with scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays.
