Job Summary
Consult clients on stylistic options, listen to their needs to determine preferences, and describe hair care product benefits. Shampoo, cut, and style hair using hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers. This high-volume salon role offers flexible hours and includes a $300 signing bonus, ongoing virtual and hands-on training, and free shears for interviews. As the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country, we strive for the highest effective wage in the market through base pay, productivity, product commissions, and tips. A valid barber or cosmetology license is required.
