Job Summary
Lead styling operations by maintaining a strong floor presence, ensuring every customer is seen and connected through the HEART values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity. Act as a lead sales generator and division leader to drive results while supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily business coordination, inventory management, and upholding merchandising standards. Coach and guide the team to build a culture of great talent, embodying the brand as a primary advocate for our mission to inspire women to feel fully alive.
