Job Summary
Lead styling and sales efforts by maintaining a strong floor presence, ensuring every customer is seen and connected through the HEART values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity. Act as a primary sales generator and division lead to drive results, while supporting coaching, recruiting, and daily operations including inventory management and visual merchandising standards when managers are absent. Maintain up-to-date fashion credibility to guide trends and take risks on new styles. Full-time role with flexible PTO, comprehensive health benefits, and 401k match.
