Prioritize guest room cleaning to ensure operational efficiency, following procedures to verify vacancy before entry. Replace guest amenities and supplies, swap dirty linens for clean items, and make beds to brand standard. Clean bathrooms, remove trash and room service items, and dust, polish, and vacuum carpets while removing marks from walls and furnishings. Take ownership of guest issues to resolution and ensure compliance with all Health and Safety protocols. Be a brand ambassador by maintaining the W voice during interactions with guests and staff. This role reports to the Director of Style within W Edinburgh's vibrant St James Quarter property, offering unlimited career opportunities and wellness programs.
