Job Summary
Wear gorjana jewelry to work, curate styling choices, and guide guests through product offerings using deep collection knowledge. Approach customers proactively to deliver exceptional experiences, deescalate concerns, and build lasting brand loyalty. Manage store operations by opening and closing the store, handling cash deposits, conducting weekly cycle counts, and fulfilling BOPIS and Same Day Delivery orders. Maintain floor standards, restock during downtime, and assist with receiving shipments and warranty returns. Open and close the store, handle keys and alarms, and serve as a point of contact for Business Partners when leadership is absent.
Required Qualifications
- Love for the gorjana brand
- Must meet minimum work age requirement
- Must have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends or holidays as needed by the business
- Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
- Ability to open or close the store
