Job Summary
Consult clients on stylistic options, listen to their needs, and describe hair care product benefits. Shampoo, cut, and style hair while maintaining the Great Clips brand experience. Work with teammates to foster a supportive salon vibe and deliver consistent service. The role offers flexible scheduling, guaranteed hourly wages plus tips, and access to award-winning technical training. Compensation ranges from $19 to $34+ per hour. Candidates must hold a Cosmetology and/or Barber License.
