Job Summary
Conduct daily customer service by proactively engaging guests, curating memorable styling experiences, and resolving concerns with solution-oriented communication. Wear gorjana jewelry to demonstrate gStyle standards while guiding clients through product offerings using deep collection expertise. Manage store operations including opening and closing, processing BOPIS orders, executing weekly cycle counts, handling cash deposits, and maintaining floor standards. Support team success through collaborative initiatives, restocking, and utilizing POS systems for daily tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Love for the gorjana brand
- Must meet minimum work age requirement
- Must have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends or holidays as needed by the business
- Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
- Ability to open or close the store
