Job Summary
Achieve individual sales goals by styling and wardrobing customers based on their needs, setting an example for customer engagement that exceeds industry standards. Represent the brand in all interactions with customers and peers while building client relationships through outreach. Assist store management with non-selling operational tasks including replenishing stock levels, maintaining the stockroom, executing sales promotions, and ensuring a neat, clean store environment. Maintain Loss Prevention awareness and adhere to company policies, dress code, and attendance requirements. Work flexible weekend and night shifts, standing for the entire work shift, and handle product up to 50 pounds as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience
- Must work weekend and night shifts
- Standing required for entire work shift
- Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed
- Climb ladders as needed
- Able to accurately and efficiently operate cash register while following cash handling procedures
- Strong communication and engagement skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- High level of initiative/self-starter
