Job Summary
Style customers and drive sales by modeling premium denim fits and building client relationships through active engagement. Achieve individual sales goals while replenishing stock, organizing the sales floor, and executing promotions. Maintain a neat store environment, operate the cash register, and ensure loss prevention awareness. Work weekends and nights to support scheduling needs, adhering to brand directives and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience
- Must work weekend and night shifts
- Climb ladders as needed
- Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed
- Standing required for entire work shift
- Regularly interacts with the public in an often crowded and noisy interactive store environment
- Able to accurately and efficiently operate cash register while following cash handling procedures
- Strong communication and engagement skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- High level of initiative/self-starter
