Responsibilities include creating genuine customer connections, assisting with stock management and fitting-room operations, maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals while keeping the store welcoming. The role requires strong communication, a positive, team-first attitude, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, and prior retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
