Job Summary
Drive individual sales performance by meeting daily and weekly targets while providing expert advice on product fit, styling, and customization. Manage customer appointments and walk-ins, conduct accurate fittings and pinning sessions, and collaborate with tailors to ensure garments meet expectations. Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and educate clients on menswear trends and tailoring processes to enhance engagement. Maintain showroom cleanliness, assist with inventory management, and record sales data accurately. Work collaboratively with team members and participate in training sessions to stay informed on new products and promotions.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in fashion or a customer-focused environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in iOS
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
