Job Summary
Provide showroom customer service for menswear styling, drive sales through expert product fit and tailoring guidance, manage customer appointments and walk-ins, conduct accurate fittings and coordinate alterations with tailors, maintain organized inventory and merchandising, and collaborate with the Showroom Manager and team to deliver an exceptional customer journey. Educate customers on brand offerings, tailoring processes, and product options to enhance understanding and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in fashion or a customer-focused environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Enthusiasm for menswear, fashion, and styling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on showroom needs.
- Proficiency in iOS and basic MS Office applications.
