Job Summary
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry pieces while handling queries and escalating complex issues. Demonstrate strong product knowledge to communicate value and support sales targets, staying updated on new collections and promotions. Adapt to shift timings and store requirements, maintaining punctuality to take on additional responsibilities as needed. Support store operations including deliveries, online orders, packaging, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to ensure the store remains clean and presentable. Follow SOPs, policies, and theft-prevention protocols while working collaboratively with the team. Show sensitivity when addressing customer concerns and use good judgment in difficult situations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / HSC (Freshers) / SSC qualification
- 2 years of experience in retail
- Must be above 18 years of age
- Must be below 28 years of age
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
- Flexibility and adaptability to work varied shifts (including weekends and evenings)
