Job Summary
Represent the brand by understanding customer needs to recommend suitable jewelry pieces and addressing queries effectively. Demonstrate product knowledge across categories, communicate value, and support the store in achieving sales targets while staying updated on collections and promotions. Assist in processing store deliveries, online orders, and packaging, plus manage stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and cleanliness standards. Maintain vigilance for theft prevention and adhere to all SOPs. Adapt to varying shift timings, including weekends and evenings, and remain open to transfers within the cluster area as business needs dictate.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / HSC (Freshers) / SSC qualification
- 2 years of experience in retail
- Must be above 18 years of age
- Must be below 28 years of age
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
- Flexibility and adaptability to work varied shifts
- Must be available for weekends
- Must be available for evenings
