Job Summary
Understand customer needs, recommend jewelry pieces, and handle queries while escalating complex issues. Demonstrate strong product knowledge, communicate value, and support store sales targets. Stay updated on new collections, manage deliveries, online orders, packaging, and stock replenishment. Ensure the store remains clean, presentable, and visually appealing by following SOPs, policies, and theft-prevention protocols. Adapt to shift timings, store requirements, and transfers within the cluster while maintaining punctuality. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and show sensitivity when addressing customer concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / HSC (Freshers) / SSC qualification
- 2 years of experience in retail
- Must be above 18 years of age
- Must be below 28 years of age
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
- Flexibility and adaptability to work varied shifts (including weekends and evenings)
