Job Summary
Represent the brand face by understanding customer needs to recommend jewelry pieces and addressing queries effectively. Demonstrate product knowledge across categories to communicate value and support store targets while staying updated on collections and promotions. Assist with store operations including processing deliveries, online orders, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to ensure presentable store standards. Maintain vigilance for theft prevention and follow all SOPs while collaborating with the team. Adapt to varying shift timings and be open to transfers within the cluster area.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / HSC (Freshers) / SSC qualification
- 2 years of experience in retail
- Must be above 18 years of age
- Must be below 28 years of age
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
- Flexibility and adaptability to work varied shifts
- Must be available for weekends
- Must be available for evenings
