Job Summary
Achieve assigned monthly sales goals while ensuring an unparalleled customer experience for all Shop and Equinox visitors. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of club services, programs, and products to support member results. Uphold loss prevention and inventory management policies, assisting the Shop MOD with operational tasks, merchandising execution, and brand standard adherence. Keep sales floors, cash wraps, and stockrooms organized to reflect company dress codes and housekeeping standards. Build effective relationships with colleagues and clients while communicating clearly across all levels. Work a varied schedule based on retail business needs to support maximum productivity and compliance with all company procedures.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to take direction
- Experience in a customer service business
- Hardworking and diligent, possessing both honesty and personal integrity
- Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas
- Be available to work a varied schedule, based on the needs of our unique retail business
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States
