Job Summary
Achieve assigned monthly sales goals and ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and Equinox. Uphold loss prevention and inventory management policies while assisting the Shop MOD with operational tasks, merchandising execution, and brand standard adherence. Maintain excellent housekeeping across sales floors, cash wraps, and stockrooms, and build effective relationships with colleagues and clients. Comply with all company policies and procedures, utilizing strong communication skills to support team initiatives. Available to work a varied schedule based on retail business needs.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to take direction
- Experience in a customer service business
- Hardworking and diligent, possessing both honesty and personal integrity
- Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas
- Be available to work a varied schedule, based on the needs of our unique retail business
- Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching
- Must be able to push, pull, and lifting up to 50 lbs. at a time
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States
