Job Summary
Achieve assigned monthly sales goals and deliver an unparalleled customer experience to all Shop and Equinox visitors. Uphold loss prevention and inventory management policies while assisting the Shop MOD with operational tasks, merchandising execution, and adherence to brand dress codes. Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across sales floors, cash wraps, and stockrooms. Build effective partnerships with colleagues and clients while communicating clearly at all levels. Work a varied schedule based on the needs of the retail business.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to take direction
- Experience in a customer service business
- Hardworking and diligent, possessing both honesty and personal integrity
- Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas
- Be available to work a varied schedule, based on the needs of our unique retail business
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States
