Job Summary
Deliver an unparalleled customer experience to all Shop and Equinox visitors while achieving assigned monthly sales goals. Maintain deep knowledge of club services, products, and merchandising standards to ensure brand compliance and operational excellence. Execute loss prevention protocols, manage inventory, and uphold strict housekeeping and organizational standards across sales floors and stockrooms. Build effective partnerships with colleagues and clients while communicating clearly at all levels. Work a varied schedule based on retail business needs, taking direction from the Shop MOD to complete assigned operational tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service business
- Hardworking and diligent, possessing both honesty and personal integrity
- Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas
- Be available to work a varied schedule, based on the needs of our unique retail business
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States
