Job Summary
Style Advisor responsibilities include delivering an unparalleled customer experience to visitors of Equinox/The Shop; achieve monthly sales goals; maintain knowledge of club and Shop services, programs and products; uphold loss prevention and inventory policies; assist with merchandising and brand standards; maintain housekeeping and organizational standards on the sales floor, cash wraps, and stockrooms; build relationships with colleagues and clients; collaborate with Shop MOD and other departments to support company initiatives; participate in ongoing training and adapt to a varied retail schedule; must have experience in customer service, preferably retail, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. This role is based at the Equinox Club in Austin with in-person work expectations and opportunities for industry-leading commissions.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to take direction
- Experience in a customer service business; preferably in retail
- Hardworking and diligent, possessing both honesty and personal integrity
- Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas
- Be available to work a varied schedule, based on the needs of our unique retail business
