Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of running a retail/food location, including hiring, training, and scheduling 20-60 coworkers. Manage food safety, ordering, inventory control, P&Ls, cleaning, and stocking duties while working in the kitchen. Resolve coworker and customer concerns and mentor others in a fast-paced environment. This role requires 1-3 years of leadership experience and typically involves 45 hours during a 5-day work-week.
