Job Summary
Be the face of Naturescape in the field across residential and commercial properties. Manage a service route delivering lawn care and landscape services (lawn care, aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care, pruning, mosquito control) with a focus on customer satisfaction. Communicate clearly with clients, adapt to seasonal needs, and contribute to year-round property care including winter snow removal. Training provided; no prior lawn care experience required. Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record; ability to lift 50 lbs; licensed pesticide certifications are needed. Flexible schedule with full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities; potential for raises and career growth. Located in Sturtevant, WI (US); operates in outdoor environments within service area.
