Job Summary
Create and maintain lesson schedules for teaching blocks, adapting plans to accommodate curriculum changes and resource availability. Design a future-oriented digital schedule system, potentially utilizing AI support, while managing faculty expertise and room resources to ensure smooth parallel course operations. Communicate with instructors, honorarium lecturers, and administration to coordinate workflows, and contribute to the development of the school's PlanACAD planning program. Teach individual courses or support lessons as needed when demand arises.
Required Qualifications
- eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit pädagogischem oder organisatorischem Schwerpunkt
- über technisches Verständnis und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise verfügen
- sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Tools
Desired Qualifications
- idealerweise Erfahrung in der Stundenplanung, mit Blocksystematik im Bildungsbereich mitbringst
- Erfahrung in der Lehre oder Unterrichtserfahrung hast und Freude daran, Lehrinhalte selbst zu vermitteln
- sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Tools, idealerweise mit PlanACAD oder vergleichbaren Programmen bist
- Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung von Planungsprozessen und digitalen Steuerungskonzepten hast
