Job Summary
Collaborate with project teams to facilitate site agreements, contract negotiations, and budget discussions while collecting site documents for IRB/IEC submission and IP-RED processes. Coordinate translation and review of study-specific documents, then prepare and submit study dossiers to sites, competent authorities, and regulatory bodies. Support initial distribution of investigational products and clinical study supplies to sites while ensuring seamless information exchange with off-site facilities and vendors. Participate in developing site-specific startup timelines and enrollment projections to meet activation targets. Requires a Life Sciences degree, two years of full-scope Study Startup experience, and full proficiency in English and French. No work visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- College/University degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- At least 2 years of full-scope Study Startup experience
- Full professional working proficiency in English and French
- Well-developed communication and organizational skills
- Ability to negotiate and build relationships at all levels
