Job Summary
Plan and execute global Study Start-Up activities to ensure timely trial document completion for Health Authority and Ethics Committee submissions. Contribute SSU insights to the Operational Execution Plan, configure trial systems, and lead the SSU Team from kick-off through completion. Direct vendor activation, finalize investigator grant plans, and provide proactive risk management to achieve start-up timelines. Enable country managers to drive activities from allocation to "Ready to Enroll" while ensuring global deliverables support initial drug release. Manage global and country budget processes to support SSU activities and timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Life sciences or related field
- 6 years clinical research experience
- 3 years experience in a leadership capacity on a Global scale
- Vendor management experience
- knowledge of drug development process
- Good regulatory and/or technical writing skills
- High learning agility/problem solving, influencing/negotiation and problem- solving skills
