Job Summary
Capture, review, and quality-check data for Phase I studies by transcribing information into case report forms and entering data into electronic management software. Collaborate with study coordinators, quality assurance, and project managers to meet CRF completion timelines, while working with sponsors during monitoring visits to resolve data queries. Continuously identify process improvements to enhance unit efficiency and adhere strictly to defined quality standards and study protocols. Requires high school diploma, 1-2 years of CRF data experience, and comfort in a fast-paced, technology-based environment. Full-time or part-time roles (20+ hours/week) offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience specific to CRF data and case reporting

- Ability to work in an upright and/or stationary position for 6-8 hours per day
- Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists to operate lab equipment
- Occasional crouching, stooping, with frequent bending and twisting of upper body and neck
- Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf
- Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Varied hours may be required
