Job Summary
Study Operations Manager responsible for coordinating non-interventional and related studies, managing vendor relationships, maintaining study documents and timelines, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, high-quality research conduct. Requires a science-based BA/BS and 5+ years of relevant experience, strong project-management and multi-tasking abilities, and proficiency with MS Office and study systems; hybrid work arrangement in Escazú, Costa Rica.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree in science, health-related field or epidemiology
- at least 5 years of relevant experience in clinical trials/non-interventional/epidemiologic studies
- experience in project management and managing fully-outsourced projects or vendor oversight
- strong written and verbal English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint, Teams; experience with Veeva, SToD is a plus
- ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize under time pressure
- familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT,Copilot) to support problem solving
