Job Summary
Plan and execute residue behavior studies on agrochemicals and environmental contaminants in crops, soil, water, air, and ecosystems according to GLP standards. Coordinate sample preparation and laboratory analysis activities, including operating and maintaining LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS instrumentation. Assist in preparing GLP-compliant study plans, raw data records, and final reports while evaluating analytical results and transferring data into databases. Support customer relationship management and communications. This role is based at Eurofins Agroscience Services Chem GmbH in Hamburg, offering flexible working hours, no shift or weekend work, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension and transportation subsidies.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Food Chemistry or a related scientific discipline, such as Chemical Engineering
- Practical knowledge of instrumental analytical techniques, including LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, and HPLC
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Solid IT skills, particularly in MS Excel and other digital tools
- A genuine team player with a willingness to learn, a strong sense of responsibility, and a high level of attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Initial experience in residue analysis is advantageous
