Job Summary
Advise students on program selection, transfer credit, and application processes from a portfolio of 200+ approved programs across 50 countries. Conduct in-person and virtual advising appointments, information sessions, and support students with financial resources, credit transfer, and health and safety needs before, during, and after their time abroad. Oversee the Study Abroad Ambassador program by supervising 10-14 student employees through weekly meetings, event planning, and goal alignment. Manage social media presence, design promotional materials, and organize large-scale office events while tracking deadlines for affiliate programs.
Required Qualifications
- B.A./B.S.
- 3-5 years of relevant job experience
Desired Qualifications
- M.A./M.S.
- Knowledge of a second language
- Familiarity with higher education in other countries
- Experience living/studying, or working in one or more foreign countries
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A working knowledge of Terra Dotta
- A working knowledge of Workday
- A working knowledge of design platforms
