Lead studio operations by managing personnel, scheduling, and deployment while ensuring hygiene, safety standards, and cleanliness. Drive member satisfaction through quality assurance, feedback culture, and personal support. Execute sales and marketing initiatives to acquire and retain members. Maintain high operational standards and foster a motivating team environment. Requires leadership experience in fitness studios, sales orientation, and flexibility for shift and weekend work. Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Fitnessstudios oder in einer vergleichbaren Führungsrolle
- Leidenschaft für Fitness und Kundenservice
